Shippings & Returns:

1. Orders are released for dispatch immediately upon receipt of cleared payment. Handling time is normally 1-2 business days.

2. Payment methods available are Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal and Stripe Online Payments.

3. All prices displayed on our website includes sales tax.

4. We use Australia Post to deliver products to your home or work address as stipulated on your checkout form. Overseas and International order are delivered with Australia Air Post. If you wish to use another service or courier, please contact us.

5. If you are ordering from outside of Australia, (International) we do suggest ticking the ‘Tracking’ option on checkout. This does give our international customers the peace of mind in knowing where their parcels are in the shipping process.

6. Once we dispatch your products, we shall email you your parcel tracking number. You can track your parcel if required on the following Australia Post Tracking link: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search  

Returns:

1. No claim of discrepancy of order or pricing will be recognised after 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be confirmed by phone or email.

2. Returns are at the purchaser’s expense, in new or salable condition with the packaging and seals intact.

3. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for any incorrectly ordered goods.

4. If an order is found to be incorrect as a direct result or error on the part of Vitiligo Treatment Australia, the goods will be resent and any extra delivery costs shall be covered by Vitiligo Treatment Australia.
